A coaching session is typically 1 hour, for an agreed number of sessions. The structure of coaching will be tailored to your needs and situation.

The overall process usually includes:

  • No obligation, initial consultation, exploring your reasons for coaching, checking if I am the right coach for you
  • Identifying gaps and outcomes, where you are now and where you want to be by the end of the coaching
  • Taking action between sessions
  • As we progress, you will be encouraged to reflect on what you are learning about yourself and work with resistance or internal blocks
  • Throughout, we will be increasing awareness
  • Celebrating your achievements and ending
